What Shipping Methods Are Available?

A shipping zone is a geographic region where a certain set of shipping methods are offered. hulumale will match a customer to a single zone using their shipping address and present the shipping methods within that zone to them. So that we have <<Everywhere shipping >> method.

Do I Need A Account To Place Order?

If you register on www.hulumale.com, your own personal account will be created. Your account will help you manage all your order using one interface and one single password. You can therefore edit, delete and manage all your order and product easily.

Why should I buy online?

A: Speeding up the process. By ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

Traceability: You will have easy access to all of your previous orders any time you want.

Reordering: you can make a re-order anytime based on your previous orders by only couple of clicks. This will save time and effort as you don’t need to go through all the documents and emails from the past.

How do create an account?

A: Go to this page https://www.hulumale.com/my-account-2/ and click “create a new account”, then just fill in all the needed information and click “create”.  After submitting the form, your account will be confirmed and you will be notified.

How can I retrieve my password?

A: You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.

How do I change my personal details or email address?

A: You can easily change all your information on your account. Go to login page (https://www.hulumale.com/my-account-2/edit-account/) and log in, then click “my account” and “edit”. Here you can change all your contact information.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

After successfully order and paid the product arrived as much as possible short time but it depends the distance of your shipping place.

How Do I Track My Order?

A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

You can also easily make reorders afterwards by clicking the “reorder” button on any of your previously made orders. After clicking the “reorder” button the cart will open and you can change quantities or products.

Can I cancel my order?

A: If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product.

Step by Step

1. Add to cart

Add product to the cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. On the cart, you can select the correct quantity. Here you can also see possible volume discounts.

2. Checkout

Click “Proceed to checkout” and select both the shipping method and the payment method. If you need you can also download your PO document on this page if you select “Purchase order”. Click “Save and continue” to go to the review page.

3. Send order

On the review page, you can make sure everything is correct. After reviewing your order click on the “Complete my order” button. If you need to change your order after submitting it, you can do so by contacting us via email hulumaleplc2019@gmail.com.
